DONUT AND GO A DONUT AND COFFEE TRAIL
Follow the Donut and Coffee Trail to get your day off to a lively start
or for an afternoon pick-me-up with a locally roasted cup of joe and
a warm glazed, cake or cream-filled donut. Though coffee lovers will
thrill at all the caffeine options, roasts and specialty coffee drinks
available, you don’t have to be a coffee aficionado and know your
latte from a Macchiato to enjoy all the treats you’ll find along this trail.
If donuts aren’t your thing, surely handcrafted jelly-filled turnovers,
cookies, cakes, brownies, and breads should keep you satisfied from
the charming neighborhood bakeries and coffee shops scattered
along this fun-filled road trip.

TAP AND POUR TOUR
Allegany County’s Tap and Pour Tour features a wide range of wineries,
breweries, distilleries, tasting rooms and taprooms where you can raise
a glass and imbibe in your favorite spirit. You’ll find ingenuity, creativity,
and passion mixed into the many diverse flavors and varieties of fine
wines, craft beers, whiskeys, and other spirits locally produced and aged
by these award-winning vintners, brewers, and distillers. The locations
themselves are worth the drive alone, as several are based on working
farms, in historic downtown buildings or hotels, in a former speakeasy
and near the Great Allegheny Passage Trail and the C&O Canal
Towpath. A number of wineries and breweries feature outdoor seating
spaces with ambient lighting, firepits and natural scenic landscapes,
while many offer live music and food trucks on the weekends.
